18 Jan 2025, I raised a complaint of stray cattles in a residential area, particular near to a school (sri sathya sai vidya vihar). This complaint was resolved. But the condition now back, it took this to 311 MCD app, see the screenshot for response.
@JioCare I paid Rs. 1,000 in advance for Jio AirFiber via the MyJio app, but the service was never installed despite multiple follow-ups. My refund request is still pending, and customer care has not responded to calls or emails. Please address this. Order ID: LR000009MU25.
@JioCare No response to emails and No response to calls. how irresponsible! See this email, which I sent 22nd Sept. Numerous flags in Jio app, unfortunately I cannot track those flags

@JioCare Looking forward to your response? Was it a part of campaign that if you failed to installed the Jio Airfibre you will deduct Rs. 900 out of Rs. 1000, and how come this is my fault?? @JioCare@reliancejio
@JioCare And how come you are charging that much for your failure? It was not my mistake you were not able to fullfill a request I raised. I AM THE VICTIM HERE WHO SUFFERED FOR MORE THAN A MONTH, No replies to my emails nor even a call pick-ups by Customer care.

I am not looking for a Jio AirFiber connection now as its been over 1.5 months and I have arranged a local broadband connection, please process the refund, that will be a great help.
