Prime example of how not to operate a company is @LivpureSmart , This is the third time we are facing a problem in our water purifier and people from customer care are so relaxed they don't even bother to send anyone and it's been a week. I am regretting my AMC subscription

all said the same thing, company's management is so shitty that they don't care about the aftermarket services. I would like to Thank @LivpureSmart for giving the lessons to the young entrepreneurs on how not to run a company.

After continuous calling they allotted a service request to someone in the city and the funny part is he is saying livpure is not paying him his due hence, he won't do the service; not to blame him because this happened with every service personnel we encountered last 3 times
