I have never been intimidated or discouraged from pursuing constitutional and legal remedies, no matter how powerful the State involved may be.

When the late General Muhammadu Buhari ordered the rendition of Nnamdi Kanu to Abuja, I took the matter to the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights in Arusha.

I filed an urgent application before the eleven judges, asking why Nigeria 🇳🇬 should not be held accountable under African human rights law.

What I discovered was astonishing.

I was informed that although Nigeria had accepted the Court’s founding Protocol, it had not made the declaration required to allow individuals and NGOs direct access to the Court. Consequently, my application could not proceed in the manner I had intended.

To me, this exposes a serious contradiction. A country that often speaks about the rule of law and leadership in Africa has denied ordinary Africans direct access to the continent’s highest human rights court.

That legal position raises important questions about accountability and access to justice for more than 250 million Nigerians.

My commitment to constitutionalism and the rule of law remains unshaken. The struggle for justice continues.

They’re now singing a consolation song 😂 But we warned them they refused.

I saw a post where they were crying and saying that if the Nigeria government are not in support of removing them from IPOB, they would have sabotaged it.

Firstly, they have agreed that removing them from IPOB has been perfectly done. So their initial gara gara is buried with shame !

I told these people that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not longer inside dss solitary confinement. He has access to information now and can deal with issues without being sabotaged by the government. Yes, he’s still in their custody, but IPOB has a way of handling issues. But the truth remains that the spirit of Ifeajuna and Ukpabi Asika has possessed them. They now think they can fight the leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, who in his wisdom and grace of God in him, this movement has been able to fought and won battles.

A leader always has a plan “B” which makes him remains the leader. And any day the followers thinks they have arrived to challenge his leadership, he will apply the plan “B” to discipline them.

By the end of this journey, Igbos and Biafrans at large will be disciplined enough to govern themselves in the new nation, Biafra.
