కౌంటర్ దాఖలు చెయ్యని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం.

కౌంటర్ దాఖలుకు 2 నెలల గడువు కోరిన ప్రభుత్వ తరుపు న్యాయవాది.

వచ్చే నెల 28 వ తేదీకల్లా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం కౌంటర్ దాఖలు చెయ్యాలని సుప్రీం కోర్టు ఆదేశం.

సుప్రీం కోర్టు లో వాదనలకు హాజరైన BRS రాష్ట్ర నాయకులు, పిటిషనర్ లో ఒకరైన ఏనుగుల రాకేష్ రెడ్డి, జీవో 46 బాధిత బృందం.

ఈ సందర్భంగా రాకేష్ రెడ్డి కామెంట్స్:-

✒️ఏ తల్లి తన బిడ్డలను ఏడిపించందు. కానీ, తల్లి పాత్రలో ఉన్న రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వం జీవో 46 బాధితులను ఏడాది కాలంగా ఏడిపిస్తుంది.

✒️మేం అధికారం లోకి వస్తె జీవో 46 ను రద్దు చేస్తామని హామి ఇచ్చి @INCTelangana నిరుద్యోగ యువతను ఎన్నికల సామాగ్రి లాగా వాడుకొని వదిలేయడం చాలా దుర్మార్గం.

The Supreme Court of India, in its Civil Appellate Jurisdiction, admitted Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 26996 of 2024 filed by the victims of #GO46 seeking justice for their grievances. The court has issued notices to the state government, directing it to clarify its stance on the controversial GO 46. The next hearing has been scheduled for the 27th of this month.

The victims were represented by a strong legal team comprising Supreme Court Senior Advocates Aditya Sondhi, J. Vidhyasagar, and Mithun Shashank, who argued for immediate relief and justice for the petitioners.
