My #TataTiago is under warranty & has door rusting issues. It is lying at #OrangeAuto, Hyderabad since 2wks waiting for warranty approval.

#T736 Terrible aftersales service by @Vivo_India . My 8month old #vivov40 had motherboard issues. Phn constantly froze bt SC only gave S/W updates for 3months. Changing MB dint work so as per warranty I shd hv gt a replacement. @Vivo_India stopped replying. Dont buy Vivo phns.

@CryptoRusputin @Moto_Support Pretty strange part is SC admitted this to be a known issue and that they provide free replacement for G62 and G82 but not G72. Buyers of G72 are sinners I believe. If they don't provide replacement I am done with Moto. I will ensure none of my contacts buy a Moto.

#T731 Moto G72 purchased 11-3-2023, display gone for toss. Moto service center acknowledged it is known & common issue. They provided out of warranty replacement for G62 & G82 users bt not my G72. What is my fault? @motorolaindia @Moto_Support

@Moto_Support I had already visited the service center yesterday. They examined and told that display need to be replaced and cost of replacement is 8000+
