#nykaa worst ever service, no customer helpline for the order... No cancellation option... Delivery was on 18-1-26 and still awaiting... But no update neither by text or in app.

@MyNykaa @nykaafashion @nykaahelp #falguninayar @falguninayar

[🚩Sandeep Kumar Verma🚩 @kumar_vermas]

Should I consider no helpline active for nykaa orders... Either you should revert or update on your app @MyNykaa #servicesucks

[🚩Sandeep Kumar Verma🚩 @kumar_vermas]

Order id - NYK-35344229-XXXX854

@erophulera @indianrail @NWRailways sir this underpass no. 152, was closed on 14-12-25 for the maintenance purpose up to 31-12-25. On visual inspection it's completed, don't know if it's completed in document or not but it's not opened yet for the public.

😂😂😂😂

@AmazonHelp Then I must say amazon app and amazon social media team is worst at their level of work.
Thanks

[🚩Sandeep Kumar Verma🚩 @kumar_vermas]

Worst ever service of @AmazonHelp @amazonIN. They give date of delivery 25-10-25 for the order ordered on 18th.. on delivery day they say it can't be delivered to your address as we don't deliver here .. while the other product they delivered at same location and same 25th Oct.

[🚩Sandeep Kumar Verma🚩 @kumar_vermas]

@AmazonHelp You can see

[🚩Sandeep Kumar Verma🚩 @kumar_vermas]

@AmazonHelp Already contacted but not getting any satisfactory response. As they conveyed the message that it will be delivered within 24 hours but still waiting. Neither any update on the app nor by text or mail.... Just update whether I'll get it in this offer price or not?

[🚩Sandeep Kumar Verma🚩 @kumar_vermas]

Is it a kind of joke you are making with me @amazonIN @AmazonHelp. I ordered a samsung double door refrigerator on 18th October. It was scheduled to deliver today. I was waiting for that. Your delivery person called me and said he will deliver within half an hour, after sharing

[🚩Sandeep Kumar Verma🚩 @kumar_vermas]

@AmazonHelp I have not received the order yet and I have also responded to you via DM, kindly check the same.

[🚩Sandeep Kumar Verma🚩 @kumar_vermas]

@AmazonHelp Why can't you answer on public. Direct message means you want to hide something from the others

[🚩Sandeep Kumar Verma🚩 @kumar_vermas]

What's going on. Should I wait or cancel my order as your system says order cancelled just by now. Why mental torture. My father has to cancel his plans just to take delivery. Who will pay for that

[🚩Sandeep Kumar Verma🚩 @kumar_vermas]

The location of delivery address ( mentioned at the time of order ) he is saying he can't deliver here today. What to do now. After calling again he is saying he will deliver tomorrow.
Delivery person number is 9610246245. I need a update instantly on this. Just want to know
