1. The technician who calls and asks to pay the booking fee says you have to call customer support (1/1)

4. If i write to you you are telling me to wait for the engineer to visit

5. The engineer not visiting and keeps re-scheduling the appointments is the main issue in the first place, this was done more than 10 times over 18days

So clearly explain to me how this is not a scam?
