@IndianTechGuide India's ethanol production is stuck at 1st Generation, using Food sources like sugarcane & rice. These two crops are the Water Guzzling ones. While the E20 petrol is addressing the import issues, it is high on ecological footprint. Need govt's clarification on that.

@OdishaGrowthHub In case of Niyamgiri & Sijimali, the land is not something that can be compensated. It forms the very basis of their 'Tribal Culture' (particularly PVTGs like Dongria Kondh). For other locations, people should be compensated well (& should be kept away from radical activists).
