Can you please enforce a rule , reservations quota is applied they take only from that category not to applicable to GM.

EX: SC/ST if applied they take only from that reservation quota, not eligible from GM quota.
This gives clarity for GM quota

During counselling, few Agencies like „hello Mentor“, claim get extra data from clgs and KEA, which is Not available to otrs..
round 1 to 2 or 3, they have data frm College, KEA, predict probability of seat in prefered college, keep data same for all
