@SamsungIndia I had a very strange experience in Samsung store at Gateway mall in Lucknow. d salesprsn confused me n also never sent bill of adapter bought over whatsapp despite taking my no. he further insisted that I pay over a particular UPI tho' i was paying on a printed one

@Uber_Support I have been trying to understand if the uber driver who dropped me on 26th March, received payment. There was UPI outage on 26th. Ur app has no provision to reach out to anyone for confirmation. I could not reach out to the driver nor any one in customer support.
