@IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia pls tel us what is OVERBOOKING? at Delhi Indigo checkin counter I was told airlines can sell as many flight tickets they want and then allow boarding on web checkin and first come first serve basis either you reach before everyone or you dance as they say

-I agree for next flight she ask me to pay for overweight bag
-Didn’t allow me to swap the weight from checkin bag to handbag saying no time
-Asked me to carry checkin bag as handbag and Reach the gate with these bags in 15mins

-Flights delayed - 10pm to 10.45pm
-I reach Delhi checkin counter at 9.30pm they keep me waiting till 10.15pm
-Their senior Archana comes and says our flight is overbooked
