Dear @CoinDCX Team,Ceo @smtgpt

I am writing to raise a very serious concern regarding my recent withdrawal from CoinDCX.

=> Last month, I placed a withdrawal request (under $1000 USDT) from CoinDCX to my SBI Bank account. Despite paying all applicable taxes including 1% TDS and 28% tax (total 29%) my transaction was blocked by the bank. Later, I received both an email and a phone call instructing me to visit the bank in person. Upon visiting, I was informed that a special notice from Cyber Cell India had been issued regarding my transaction, and I was questioned about my trading history.

My questions are very clear:

1. After paying 29% tax on trading gains, why are my funds still being flagged as gambling funds or suspicious?

2. If such risks exist even after full tax compliance, should Indian users continue trusting CoinDCX, or should we simply delete the app to protect ourselves?

3. What is the meaning of a P2P exchange if, after tax deduction, withdrawals are still blocked by banks and flagged by authorities?

4. Is CoinDCX registered as a third party app with Indian banks, or why is there no direct coordination with banks to prevent such issues?

5. Why has my support ticket on this matter received no proper response so far?

—> If this problem is not addressed with a clear and transparent solution, then users will be forced to assume that CoinDCX’s P2P services are unsafe or misleading.

I request an urgent clarification from your team or leadership regarding this matter.
