My existing policy’s premium increased significantly compared to previous premium. Last time 12952 & this time 16000 even after govt has nullified the GST on health insurance policies. how come 40% inflation is hitting NIVA Bupa.

However, my concern is not a premium but benefits coming along are not par with new plans.

@NivaBupaSupport Why you are not offering increased sum assured as our premium amount is higher ?? 
Additionally, government has nullified the GST in health insurances, then how come you are not passing the GST benefits to existing customers and asking more premium saying inflation.

@NivaBupaSupport To be frank it looks like cheating. One side you are asking more premium saying inflation and other side you are offering double sum assured in lesser price. As a trusted partner, you should offer new plans to existing customers. Why can’t this happen when we are paying the more!

I am trying raise complaint but there is no direct contact available. Insta assist is working like heavily drugged, even after adding number 100 times I am not moving to next page. If this is the way you are working then it clearly tells your motto.

Additionally, being an existing customer for last 6 years. I have to pay more compared to any other new customer. Is this the way you want treat existing policy holders who believed in your services 6 years back. This is highly disappointing.

@sumitsaurabh India is a country with thousands of ministers with big pay checks with perks and ZERO responsibilities. Now they will remove some employees and say he was responsible. Until they are bound by responsibility they will never give any job a quality standard. People must ask this!!!
