Iโve noticed something about myself:Watching a 2-hour Netflix show? Easy. ๐ฟ
Watching a 20-minute YouTube tutorial? Suddenly exhausting. ๐ญWatching a full course feels even harder.Maybe the problem isnโt attention span.Maybe itโs that entertainment has no pressure, but learning requires effort. ๐ง Anyone else feel this? ๐
Gymmers, how do you actually track your calories? ๐ฅDo you:
โ Weigh everything?
โ Use an app?
โ Follow fixed meals?
โ Track macros?
โ Or just develop the consciousness of what youโre eating? What habit made calorie tracking easiest for you? ๐
Indian festivals are incomplete without laddoos, sweets & sugar. ๐ฌBut sometimes I wonder:Why is celebration so strongly connected with sugary food? Why donโt we celebrate more with foods that nourish us too โ protein, fruits, nuts, healthy meals?Should we rethink the way we celebrate, without losing the tradition? ๐ฎ๐ณ๐ง
My goal for this year was either:1๏ธโฃ Learn real fighting skills ๐ฅ
2๏ธโฃ Get six-pack abs and show off on social media ๐Iโm choosing Option 1.I already have 2 years of gym experience:
๐๏ธ 80kg bench PR
๐๏ธ 150kg deadlift PR
๐๏ธ 100kg squat PRBut I have almost zero idea where to start with https://t.co/AVwpRLxxEe will probably be my first teacher. ๐ If youโve learned fighting/martial arts, where should a complete beginner start? ๐ฅ
I recently switched from Windows to Mac. ๐But thereโs one thing I still havenโt switched:Google apps. ๐Google Calendar โ Google Tasks โ Keep โ Drive โ GmailI barely use the Apple alternatives.Mac users, convince me to switch to Appleโs apps. What am I missing? ๐
Why do CAPTCHAs still exist? ๐ญ
โProve youโre human.โ
Select all the traffic lights. ๐ฆ
Select all the buses. ๐
Select all the crosswalks. ๐ถ
Meanwhile, AI is solving them faster than me. ๐
Are CAPTCHAs still useful in 2026? ๐
Touch typing feels like a small skill until you become a software engineer. โจ๏ธYou spend hours writing code, reading docs, debugging, and searching. The less you look at the keyboard, the more you can keep your focus on the https://t.co/yjWnOqHGueโs not about typing faster. Itโs about thinking without breaking your flow. ๐ง ๐ป
6 months ago, I bought a Mac mini and built a complete desktop setup around it.
Monitor. Keyboard. Mouse. Everything.
At that time, I thought I was building the โperfectโ workspace.
But I slowly realized something:
My biggest problem wasn't the setup. It was that I didn't want to sit at that setup. ๐
Sometimes I wanted to work from my bed.
Sometimes from a cafรฉ.
Sometimes from another room.
Sometimes while traveling.
Then I got a MacBook.
And suddenly, working became much easier.
No permanent desk.
No power cable required all the time.
Just open the laptop and start working.
I learned something from this:
The best setup isn't necessarily the most powerful one. It's the one you actually use.
Portability turned out to be more valuable to me than the perfect desk setup. ๐ป
