CBDT के वकील साहब बोले - हुजूर, जवाब तो तैयार नहीं है, तारीख बढ़ा दीजिए।

कोर्ट ने कहा - ठीक है, अगली तारीख 28 सितंबर।

*CBDT खुद के लिए कोर्ट से तारीख पर तारीख ले रही है, और हम CAs से कह रही है कि "30 सितंबर को ही फाइल करो, कोई एक्सटेंशन नहीं मिलेगा!"*

⚖️ Hearing Update | Tax Audit Due Date Extension

Rajasthan High Court hearing concluded today.

As reported, CBDT counsel sought further time to file the reply, and the matter has now been listed for 28th September 2026.

And once again, the familiar pattern continues — uncertainty till the very last moment.

Professionals and taxpayers are left working under pressure while clarity remains awaited.

If relief has merit, timely relief matters too.

Because sometimes,
