@AmazonIN Order 405-3039335-8679549 was placed for a Rakhi gift because SAME-DAY delivery was shown. After payment, the date changed to Saturday. Customer care then promised delivery today between 8 AM-12 PM. Now it hasn’t even shipped. Why make promises you can’t honour?
