Introducing Claude Opus 4.5: the best model in the world for coding, agents, and computer use.
Opus 4.5 is a step forward in what AI systems can do, and a preview of larger changes to how work gets done.
Visual Studio tip:
When creating a method that returns json using a raw string literal add
/* lang=json*/
Which is undocumented. If there is a syntax issue like a missing comma Visual Studio will flag it.
Introducing Claude Sonnet 4.5—the best coding model in the world.
It's the strongest model for building complex agents. It's the best model at using computers. And it shows substantial gains on tests of reasoning and math.
👉 I just created something I wish I had 11 years ago.
I've compiled 650+ hand-picked resources for mastering C#, .NET, ASP .NET Core, EF Core, and Microservices.
These resources will help developers level up with targeted knowledge.
I spent hours putting them together from my library.
You can get these resources for free as PDF.

A new scheduling library was released that beats Quartz and Hangfire
It changes everything...
3 weeks ago a new library called 𝗧𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗤 was released.
▶️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗧𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗤?
TicketQ is a high-performance scheduler designed specifically for .NET. It focuses on simplicity, scalability, and minimal resource usage.
▶️ 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿?
Traditional libraries like Quartz and Hangfire have known drawbacks:
↳ Quartz:
• Complex API, difficult for beginners
• No type safety when passing parameters into the Job
• Performance overhead due to using reflection
↳ Hangfire:
• Limited support for DI and async operations
• Basic retries only
• Performance overhead due to using reflection
♻️ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗤 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀:
1️⃣ Lightweight and intuitive API
2️⃣ No reflection, uses source generators
3️⃣ Native support for distributed scheduling without additional complexity
4️⃣ Built-in retry logic and simpler failure handling
Quartz and Hangfire might have been the go-to choices, but now there's a better option.
What do you think about this new scheduling library? Will you give TicketQ a try, or stick with Quartz or Hangfire? Let me know below! 👇

Starlink speeds in Kenya have dropped to the second-slowest in Africa, averaging 47Mbps in the first three months of the year.
This is down from over 200Mbps when it launched in July 2023, as more users strain its network.
