So why is it the responsibility of the EFF to hold Julius Malema accountable for matters that do not affect the party? The burden of accountability placed on the EFF and Julius Malema is always disproportionate to anyone in the country. Why? The matter is before the Madlanga Commission, so why is everyone prejudging Malema before evidence is led and a finding is made. This is unfair. 🙄🙄🙄

That Madlanga Commission investigator got excitable and made nonsensical conclusions on court papers about Juju and the EFF based on unsubstantiated allegations by the trash media.

Judge Nicholson once made an adverse ruling against Mbeki based on nonsensical media reports about political meddling. He was lambasted by the SCA for advancing conspiracy theories which are not substantiated by any evidence.

The Commission deals with evidence not conspiracy theories. Their investigators must resist the urge to play to the gallery.

Demanding documents from foreign nationals is tantamount to impersonating the police and Home Affairs officials; and thugs doing that must be arrested.

It is ONLY the police and Home Affairs officials who can demand proof of documentation from foreign nationals.

Claiming to be executing a citizens arrest in terms of the Criminal Procedure Act while harassing foreign nationals is absolute nonsense. The Act does not allow such rubbish.

Sadly, the media keeps parroting all this rubbish without interrogating the veracity of legal claims being made by these thugs.

The media must act responsibly and stop aiding the spread of misinformation.

The police better be collecting evidence against these thugs in order to build a solid case against them.

We took the dollars to the Reserve Bank as per procedure, they declared them as something else other than dollars. We were instructed to take them back to the owner.

Protect this man! 😭 He spoke after a very long pause, and says there's more such cases. This Commission must not be closed. We must demand that the money be found.
