Pre-paid orders get endlessly delayed, and the customer service just repeats the '48-hour' assurance without any actual delivery. It's a massive letdown every time. @flipkartsupport @Flipkart —needs to fix this broken system.

yesterday received new smartphone from @Flipkart by exchanging the old phone, but the delivery person charged extra (Rs.1750/) sayingthat the old phone has screen damage but there is scratch/slight dent there at the corner , and there is not even a single scratch on the screen.

@flipkartsupport @flipkartsupport I have already gone through the calculated price in my order section ,by seeing this maximum Rs. 800/- should be charged although there is only minor dents but i already mentioned, that the delivery person considered this as screen damage. kindly see the images.

Shame!! @Flipkart it was clearly mentioned that flipkart will give Rs. 3750 if there is defect in screen but flipkart delivery agent refused to take it and told me that they do not accept screen crack issue phone ...
Then why flipkart give us the price list on each issue?????
