Here’s my experience getting unbanned from Arc House. Maybe it will save someone a bit of stress.
My account was banned during a big farmer cleanup. From what I understand, I just registered at a bad time, when there were a lot of mass farms and suspicious accounts around.
If you’re a real builder and you’re honestly involved in Arc, don’t panic or immediately assume the team is being unfair. I get that getting banned feels bad, but Arc is trying to protect the project from farming and abuse. Sometimes real people can get caught by those filters too.
What you can do:
1 Open a support ticket in the Arc Discord.
2 Explain your situation calmly.
3 Tell them what you’re building and why you need access to Arc House.
4 Check your profile and make sure the information there is real and complete.
Support may take some time to reply. Arc is a big project, and they probably get a lot of tickets, especially after cleanup waves like this.
The main thing is to write like a normal person: no aggression, no spam, no pressure tactics. Just explain the situation honestly. If you’re actually involved in the ecosystem and can show that clearly, there’s a chance your case will be reviewed.
