THE INVERSE OF PUMP & DUMP
In the latest episode of Going Rogue with Lara Logan, Lara sits down with Greg McCabe, chairman and CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, as he breaks more than three years of public silence about the battle surrounding MMTLP and Next Bridge.
McCabe details what he alleges are serious failures in the U.S. financial markets, including naked short selling, unauthorized trading, counterfeit shares and the FINRA trading halt that affected roughly 124,000 shareholders.
McCabe explains what he calls “short and distort” — the inverse of pump and dump: profiting from a falling stock while negative information is used to undermine confidence in a company. Lara presses him on the role of regulators and what these practices could mean for everyday Americans invested in the stock market.
The episode examines the MMTLP controversy, the actions of FINRA and the SEC, the billion-share allegation, broker-dealer settlement issues and McCabe’s call for greater transparency and accountability.

Greg McCabe, chairman and CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, breaks three and a half years of public silence on the extraordinary failures of U.S. market regulation and blatant corruption at FINRA and the SEC. McCabe describes unauthorized trading of company shares, massive naked short selling, and a devastating FINRA trading halt that froze assets of 124,000 shareholders. Despite receiving SEC approval for share registration after three years, short sellers have refused to settle. McCabe calls for transparency, accountability, and government intervention to protect retail investors.

OVER A BILLION COUNTERFEIT SHARES
Greg McCabe, CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, says the evidence points to potentially more than a billion counterfeit shares tied to his company.
On Going Rogue with Lara Logan, McCabe explains why he believes what happened to Next Bridge is not an isolated case.
“We are not an outlier. We are the tip of the iceberg.”
McCabe argues that similar practices extend across the financial markets, pointing to concerns raised around GameStop, AMC, President Trump’s Truth Social and Elon Musk’s Tesla.
Lara Logan asks the central question: If this can happen on this scale, what does it say about the regulators charged with protecting investors and the integrity of the markets?

The more I ponder the “FIF”and their “member firms”, the more annoyed I am. I think @SECGov and @SECPaulSAtkins have some questions to answer.
When did it become standard operational practice for the “FIF” or its “member firms” to advise the SEC on how to proceed with a random company S1 registration OR its effectiveness?
That’s NOT normal or standard operational procedure. WHY is @SECGov allowing the patients to run the asylum?
This needs BIG attention. It’s my hope that a full investigation into the SEC and those member firms takes place.
What were the motives of the “FIF” and their “member firms”? Who stood to gain by dictating whether or not @nbhydrocarbons S1 registration became effective?
Again, not normal business practice from this regulatory agency. Someone has some serious explaining to do.

@GenFlynn@BarackObama@AGPamBondi@FBIDirectorKash@SpeakerJohnson@LeaderJohnThune Wait until you learn how the OTC Market is the “legal” money laundering mechanism and Kathy Ruemmler’s APPOINTMENT (not election) to FINRA’s Board of Governors was no accident.
FINRA is the financial regulator that oversees all trading on OTC.
🚨 URGENT🚨
The House Financial Services Committee is officially hauling @SECGov Chairman Paul Atkins (@SECPaulSAtkins) in for an oversight hearing on February 11th. They are calling it a "New Day" for accountability.
Let’s make sure that includes MMTLP.
For over three years, the MMTLP community has been gaslit, ignored, and left in the dark. With the House Financial Services Committee now holding oversight hearings we must ensure $MMTLP is at the top of their agenda.
Chairman Paul Atkins has promised "accountability and due process." It’s time to hold him to that.
The Committee just sent a letter to Atkins (Feb 5) regarding the Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) and data privacy. They are already scrutinizing SEC data collection.
If they can talk about CAT privacy, they can talk about MMTLP transparency!
These are the members who have the floor. If you live in their districts, you are the most powerful voice in this fight.

✨🎉!!!CONGRATULATIONS SEC!!!🎉✨
On behalf of defrauded investors, I would like to take a moment, on the 3-YEAR anniversary of NBH's S-1 submission, to congratulate the @Secgov and @SECPaulSAtkins on a JOB WELL DONE!!! 👏👏👏
🥂On January 23, 2023, Next Bridge Hydrocarbons (inheritor of The MMTLP Fiasco) submitted a 40M share offering to accredited investors. It has now been 3 YEARS since submitting the registration for NON-TRADING shares...the longest OUTSTANDING registration statement and the SECOND LONGEST approval in the SEC's 93-year history!
🥂To Chairman Atkins: you promised American companies and their investors a "NEW DAY AT THE SEC", with a focus on CAPITAL FORMATION. Who knew the "new day" meant obstructive delays, regulatory overreach, tortious interference, and weaponization of the SEC against a company and investors who have uncovered one of the biggest financial crimes in history. Good job, Chairman Atkins!!!
🥂Chairman Atkins, you promised to focus on the SEC's Mission to:
1⃣ PROTECT INVESTORS: MMTLP, do you feel PROTECTED???
2⃣ MAINTAIN FAIR & ORDERLY MARKETS: What was FAIR or ORDERLY about FINRA's U3 Halt??? WE STILL HAVE A SETTLEMENT ISSUE!!! Maybe consult the bluesheets pulled on December 5, 2022,...2 days before the halt. Or, ask Tradestation, Fidelity, Schwab, Etrade or the FIF "group of members" who asked for you to cover for their collective ass. (See below)
3⃣ CAPITAL FORMATION: Well, that's why we celebrate YOU today. Nice work!!!👏👏👏
🥂To David Saltiel, SEC Former Director of Trading & Markets. Thank you...for engaging with Howard Meyerson, Managing Director FIF. Recent FOIAs show email conversations that prove the ongoing CONSPIRACY between the SEC and broker-dealers to cover-up securities fraud and obstruct NBH's operations and governance. Truly, THANK YOU!!! #RICO
🥂The MMTLP Army hopes you enjoy your new position as Senior Managing Director of the Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE). Can you do investors one more favor, David? Ask your new bosses Citadel and Charles Schwab to cooperate with subpoenas issued by the Nevada Bankruptcy Court (MMAT). Afterall, if nothing is wrong, why dost thou protest too much??? We'd appreciate it, thx!
🥂To FINRA: Awe, did you think we would leave you out on this HISTORIC DAY? NEVER!!! Thank you for everything you have done to cement your role as the Co-Architects of The MMTLP Fiasco: ignoring investor and issuer complaints for over a year, breaking your own rules, U3 halting MMTLP to interfere in trade settlement (protecting shorts from fulfilling their OBLIGATIONS), your historic and grossly inaccurate & manipulative MMTLP FAQ and responses to Congressional Inquiries, and so much more! Looking forward to discovering the rest!!! #FOIA
🥂So, again THANK YOU to you ALL for underestimating defrauded investors and giving us the tools and information we need to expose ALL of YOU!!! 🫶 #Relentless
CHEERS!!! 🥂🎉
Psst...come closer...closer...closer...
WE ARE NOT GOING AWAY!!! 🖕🖕🖕
It is called sarcasm. I did the same thing (over the top thank you in block capital letters) in 2021 with NASDAQ.
To help you and your followers dear @No_Fraud_Retail please try to understand: #Sarcasm is an INTENTIONAL verbal irony tool, where apparent PRAISE conveys criticism when read in CONTEXT.
But I want to take this moment to…
THANK YOU for the opportunity to add this context here, on your MMTLP history channel and audience…
…a channel which is by far the BEST AND MOST ACCURATE historical record on all MMTLP maters, offering COMPLETE, NON BIASED and REAL INSIDER information for all to follow as GOSPEL. #DumDum
@cz_binance@xMarketNews@grok The FOIAs are REAL!!! FIF lobbied, the SEC for undue influence in an issuer's registration examination. They mutually acknowledged the interference was inappropriate but proceeded anyway. No interpretation needed... IT IS IN THEIR OWN WORDS!!! MMTLP
.@cvpayne, many retail shareholders frustrated by the lack of action from the SEC and Congress will be holding a press conference on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 10:30 AM EST.
Will you be televising a segment or covering this event?
You have shown continuous support for retail shareholders throughout the year, and we hope you will kindly lend your voice to this cause on Monday the 12th.
God Bless🇺🇸🫡

Pretty much!!!...
New FOIA records reveal:
💥 Financial Information Forum's (FIF) Managing Director Howard Meyerson steps forward to advocate for off-sides broker/dealers in a move that conceals their identities, preventing exposure. Meyerson emails Erik Gerding, SEC Director of Division of Corporate Finance, David Saltiel, SEC Director of Trading & Markets, and Sai Rao, General Counsel for Division of Trading & Markets. (Senior Level Managament)
💥 SEC's David Saltiel warns Meyerson that communications regarding a specific issuer's registration statement examinations are NOT APPROPRIATE and against policy.
💥Saltiel and Meyerson schedule meeting to discuss "OPERATIONAL ISSUES."
💥Several days prior to the meeting which is supposed to discuss OPERATIONAL ISSUES, Meyerson delivers to Saltiel an "outline of the points FIF members would like to raise during the call.
💥In the 7-point outline, FIF members admit they can not fulfill their OBLIGATION to deliver certificated shares to their clients. They request SEC either deny the issuer's registration statement OR change the requirement to transfer shares to the transfer agent in order to receive the benefit.
💥Point 4- FIF members throw FINRA under the bus and admit they have short OBLIGATIONS that can not be RECONCILED. This directly refutes SEC and FINRA claims that FINRA's U3 halt protected investors.
💥 Despite the clearly NOT APPROPRIATE agenda, Saltiel and Meyerson move forward with the scheduled meeting.
💥Ignorant of the intervention of the FIF, Next Bridge Hydrocarbons withdraws their subscription rights registration statement. #Conspiracy #RICO #TortiousInterference
