@nxcare I amended my ticket to change the travel dates and it seems to have worked despite the error. The payment was successful and I was able to download a new ticket. However, the seat reservation has disappeared. Can you please help!

@nxcare I had opted for extra during my initial booking but after my dates were changed it was as removed. Shouldn’t it keep my seat reservation which I paid for?
