In the pretense of upgrading the installed modem @reliancejio is running a scam where they promise the complete upgrade for free and later charge 1000 rupees from the security amount.
Rahul Upadhyay and Sushil Singh from @reliancejio fiber Dwarka, Delhi did this scam in my case.
