Staff nhi bandhua majdur hai.... jo aaye aisi taisi kr k chale jaye... us customer pe action kyun nhi liya gya... usko maintain nhi rakhna kya staff k sath dignity???

1. Gunman/Guards removed on the name of cost cutting.

2. Bankers called on Holidays to work.

3. No Police protection in NPA recovery & Lok Adalats.

4. Transfer & postings of non local to remote locations & states.

Just got info that locals protested today against hindi speaking staff outside @centralbank_in Ramanagara branch.

Neither customers nor staff are okay with these illogical transfers of bankers in diffrent states.
It not only hamper branch business but also staff's family.

A customer came inside premises took cashier out with him from cabin and beaten him mercilessly with his goon friends.
