i think there comes a point in your life when you can't help but be bitter towards the concept of love and be annoyed at couples who are in love because of all the heartbreaks you've had to endure over so many years - they remind you of what so dearly yearned to experience.
I want real love. Somebody that’s loyal when I’m around and when I’m not. Somebody I never gotta second guess, compete for, or wonder what they doing behind my back. I’m not asking for perfect, I just want somebody who means what they say and stands on choosing me every day. That’s the only type of love I’m interested in.
and if love ever finds me again, i hope it's with someone who thinks about how their actions affect me,someone who considers my feelings before making choices and values my peace as much as their own because I'm not here to survive love again, I'm here to finally live it
Imagine spending months trying to communicate, compromise and fix things...
only to realize the other person had already decided it wasn't worth fixing.
Getting yo shit together requires a deep level of honesty wit yourself , you gotta be able to look at yourself in the mirror & be willing to accept flaws & behavior that's not allowing you to grow , self evaluation is difficult but it's extremely necessary.
I’m learning from every mistake instead of acting like I never made one. I done handled situations wrong, trusted the wrong people, and made choices I wouldn’t make now. The difference is I paid attention to what it taught me. I’m not proud of everything I did, but I’m proud I didn’t stay that same person.
I won't lie... sometimes it's hard watching everyone around me find love so easily. Meanwhile I just want someone to take me serious. I pray that the love that deserves me finds me at the right time.
