I've been fighting for a refund for weeks with no resolution. Is this how you treat paying customers?

@TamilMatrimony I purchased a Gold Membership and found 9 invalid contact numbers (out of service/marriage fixed). Despite reporting, I got credit for only 1 contact.Refund for remaining 8 contacts (₹920) is still pending..Disappointed and frustrated. Think twice before buying
