@BarosBKayiira@rwomchechen Good you didn’t add cursing or death because that’s not in the realm of love. And btw love tolerates disrespect. Jesus was mocked and beaten and crucified and He forgave and prayed for them.
@doraforchrist@Radio4UG@FrankGashumba We pray he finds Christ. With God all things are possible. You might find him at Phaneroo one day seated under the word. That's the power of grace.
@masukisaacG@Radio4UG@FrankGashumba I don't think he does. It's impossible to see the light while walking in darkness. That's why Jesus pray and said, forgive them Father for they know not what they do. He needs grace and mercy to come to the light.
@BarosBKayiira@rwomchechen Alright sir, keep on cursing and calling down fire on those who persecute you. If you feel it's the right thing to do, proceed. As for me I choose the Jesus way, love your enemies and bless those who curse. Pray for them that wish you harm. Being merciful like my Father.
@BarosBKayiira@rwomchechen This should be the response of every man of God. We pray for Gashumba and then move on with the work of God. Giving him attention simply fuels his agenda.
@doraforchrist@Radio4UG@FrankGashumba Fear is not of God. Gashumba needs grace just like any other person in the scripture like Paul or Peter. Fear can't change the hearts of men only love can and that's why I'm born again because the love of christ changed me.
@BarosBKayiira@rwomchechen Fear doesn't have the ability to change the hearts of men. Only the love of God can. You can pronounce all the curses in the world on someone like Gashumba and he will never change even to the point of death. Curses don't work only the gospel and love of God
@Bobo_Naz@rwomchechen Exactly, respect is very key especially to someone like Pastor Kayanja. He has done so much for the kingdom and the country he deserves so much respect. In my opinion, he should ignore Gashumba because he thrives on that PR without it he’s nothing.
@BarosBKayiira@rwomchechen There’s a reason we don’t see cursing in the New Testament and it’s not taught by any of the apostles. In fact when you study the Hebrew Scriptures cursing means to reject not pronouncing death on someone and the prophets used it to tell people the effects of their sins.
@Bobo_Naz@rwomchechen This is what I desire among us Christians. Discussion and dialogue not insults or name calling but respectful arguments in God’s word.
@Bobo_Naz@rwomchechen Very valid sir. It comes with the job though. Jesus said these things will happen to us as we serve Him. But we need to take heart and leave everything in God’s hands. We cant react like the world, we know better than them. They don’t know what they do so we need to pray for them
