If we provide feedback without an opportunity for the student to use it to improve, we've simply told them what they're struggling with and then sent the message that we don't care enough to let them get better at it.
Feedback can't just be leaving comments on a page.
This past week the EHS community has been saddened by the loss and celebrating the memory of Assistant Principal Shane Snyder. Shane was a pillar of the community and a dedicated teacher, coach, friend, father, husband, and mentor. His legacy and memory will live on forever.
