Regarding birthright and the 14th amendment.
First, following the birth of a foreign baby, deport the parents immediately. Dont let them escape the hospital. They can take the baby with them or not.
Second, no pregnant woman is allowed a visitors visa. Blood test required.
Third: Parents of "DREAM" babies are deported immediately and they are put on a no return list.
Americans are generous people. However, practical solutions to prevent misuse and fraud (what birthright is for foreiners) should never be tolorated.
