#kyga19 acknowledged in Feb when they passed SB1 that implementation would require a hefty appropriation in #kyga20 that would be tough to find in our already stretched budget.

In March, they passed special interest tax breaks that will lower annual revenue by $110 million.

#kyag19 decided to give away $110 million annually to banks and special interests.

This year, we'll only spend $125 million on the KSP, who put their lives in danger to help keep our highways and communities safe (and next year we'll invest only $121m).
