Tomorrow, we solemnly observe the January 6th Attack on the Capitol.
As we mark a day that threatened our Democracy, let us show our respect for the great institution of the Congress.
We must open the House and proceed with the People's work.
This time of year, some teachers, staff & admin may feel overwhelmed or need help. Most will not reach out because they think it makes them look weak or incompetent. Take a moment to check in with each other and let them lean on you if they need it. Teams build each other up!
@PresidentPat As a coach, that’s already happened the last two years with subbing VERY regularly. If that’s what needed by my district, I would absolutely do it if necessary but also very much miss working with teachers as a coach.
My son, 7, has discovered “deez nuts” jokes and it’s all he says now. Everything is deez nuts. He simply can’t stop.
I asked him where he heard that joke. He made me promise that if he told me, he wouldn’t get in trouble. I agreed. So he leans in and whispers, “deez nuts.”
Hey #kubball fans, I’m giving away a pair of tickets to the @RCRClassic (next Thursday, June 9).
Just retweet and give me a follow. Will pick a winner on Friday on-air during @RCST1320

School shootings are not fucking acts of nature, like hurricanes and tornadoes. They're man-made acts of inaction, of cowardice, of corruption by all lawmakers who refuse to pass laws PROVEN BY DATA to stop preventable, senseless shootings like in Uvalde.
