When he was hired 5 years ago, I was so excited. I thought he was going to lead USC back to the top of college football. But his tenure has been one colossal disappointment. We’re basically in the same spot we were with Clay Helton. Only difference is Riley has no excuses for his failures. USC has stabilized its athletic department, organized and funded its NIL and has the best personnel department in college football. ✌🏼
