@EastMidRailway hi - I am trying to make a delay replay claim for a cancelled train journey on Saturday however I purchased the ticket on Trainline and do not have the required proof when I try and make the claim online?
@dhlexpressuk took a day of for delivery and now itβs being apparently delivered tomorrow π€ call and itβs all automated but says to be delivered today? Which is correct
