@korimae1025 Good for you! I struggle with food too, I actually threw out my scale like 7 years ago and have only weighed myself maybe five times in that span because I used to weigh myself religiously … feel so much better just going to looking and feeling than by number on the scale

@jessmmclaren It absolutely does, especially when it’s the three layer medical masks. I could not imagine being pregnant while wearing one of those. I get short of breath in them... hope you’re feeling better 🤍
