First time I’ve seen the player with the loudest homer from yesterday also feature with the unluckiest non-homer. Dom Canzone is heating up. https://t.co/eWXhvOzWvO
Pete Crow-Armstrong redeems his mistake with the first walk-off hit of his career.
Say what you want about him, but he is absolutely electric in every way.
His 2.6 fWAR ranks 7th among all position players this season. Elite ballplayer.
Xavier Edwards is an interesting dude. Seemingly Juan Pierre coming into the season, a .169 ISO and 6 HR on May 31 did not seem in the cards. Looking at the most unlucky homer of the day, this one was a true shame. LBI of 84.4 one tick below DeLauter at https://t.co/eWXhvOzWvO
Name you wouldn't normally expect to see at the top of a damage allowed stat: Spencer Strider. Name you absolutely would expect to see: Jameson Taillon.

We have a new high LBI leader, Judge cracks 190, first player to get that high since we've been tracking this home run quality contact metric

The Rochester, NY highway removal was able to reclaim 6.5 acres of land, leading to $229 million in development and millions in new tax revenue for the city.
We need more urban highway removals.
This will of course get mocked, but I don't know what else he's supposed to say right now.
They're all sucking. They all know they're sucking. Nobody is more annoyed about it than they are. Also can't get too discouraged and have to trust their abilities, track records.
Mo Baller is currently fifth in the NL Rookie of the Year odds at +1300. Ahead: Wetherholt (+1300 at a couple places +1100 at DK), Konnor Griffin (+1100 most places), Nolan McClean (+250), Sal Stewart (+140)
Pulling up my Ottoneu team and seeing DBacks rookie SS Jose Fernandez went 1-3 with a run. Hitting .304 with a solid .750 OPS in my MI spot. I'm thinking, that's my man. Then I see 0% walk rate. Go down to his one triple-A game: 0% walk rate. Dude has not taken a walk in 2026!
This is peak “F you” from the one organization swimming in more cash from their TV deal than any other franchise could currently dream of. Not printing season tickets while increasing the avg cost of a ticket from $22 to $181 since the 2013 deal is more than a little messed up.
This 81 year old man is a lifelong Dodgers fan & has been a season pass holder for over 50 years & was just told that he would no longer be allowed to get printed tickets only digital from now on & he’s barely able to navigate a computer & phone.Dodgers aren’t replying to anyone.
