@BecomingCritter i hate both of these exercises but for functionality’s sake:
dips and RDLs
(bench and squat mega overrated - way too anterior chain focused and it’s the reason most bro lifters have back problems)
@BecomingCritter@visakanv i don’t get it, is it because krishna explains Everything in the Universe in the time between arjuna’s despair and the beginning of the war?
i’m only like 3 chapters into the gita lol
@tautologer@callanable haven’t finished the final season but yea i agree. that shit was real and it’s why i liked it
would never say it’s my favorite show of all time but it hit deep
@KettlebellDan that way it's really easy to navigate and you only get atomic bits of information instead of essays for each prompt. lets you go much faster and explore the branches that are most interesting/confusing quite smoothly
@KettlebellDan i have this prompt as a text replacement on my mac/iphone for when i'm learning a new field with lots of conceptual branches:
*for the remainder of this chat, please respond to all prompts in 280 characters or less* - (replaces "280c")
@tferriss i think it’s a fun term but don’t imagine it will be as bad a problem as people think
i remember in elementary school my teachers wouldn’t shut up about how “anyone can edit wikipedia” and therefore to never trust it for factual information
clearly that’s outdated advice now
