@incolnlay @Brewenthusiast The reality is a brewery must be doing both right now. But if I were still running a brewery, my number one priority would be streamlining and tightening the cost of doing business. But never cutting quality or talent.

@Brewenthusiast @incolnlay I’d say in todays environment it’s easier to find ways to reduce costs than increase revenue. I’m continually surprised at how many breweries aren’t laser focused on every dime being spent.
