@NordicTrack We didn't use the machine for the summer as the weather here is good, but come fall we fired it back up. Worked fine in October, but by December it stopped working again. Their solution is to have ME repair it again. Horrible products, horrible service.

I bought the top of the line @NordicTrack 2450 in January 2023. By April it had stopped working. they were good enough to send me a part, but I had to repair it myself. Seemed a little strange as not everyone has the skills or comfort to make repairs.
