@jakekellymd Great stuff man….i see these people all the time in clinic and the hospital, and by the time they reach me, it’s usually about 10-15 years too late. For those that do come in early, I’ve found they’re much more willing to change lifestyle than take 💊.

@tony_breu@SVRaoMD Thanks for this. As an IC, this always makes me worried. These patients usually get a quick angiogram from me if diaphoresis is their main symptom with any type of chest pain.
@FiSurgi Completely agree here, “helping people” is awesome, and saving them is even better. But even after the long toll of training, that usually happens at 2 am, weekends, and holidays; which we are frequently absent.
