Another day, another horrendous decision from @Kalshi. Unsurprisingly, their rules aren’t very clear how the totals from this game that was called early should be settled. Ultimately they settled over 8.5 as NO which seems reasonable by the letter of the contract but this isn’t even the controversial part. Users who played the over before or during the game lost their money. However, anyone who played the over AFTER the game was called received a payout of “last fair price”. Mind you, the only people that are playing this after the game was called are obviously trying to take advantage of the last fair payout. One contract, two different resolutions. Their explanation for this is that the rules on the market page were different than the rules in the contract, but then why would that not mean the same payout for everyone? Instead they chose to reward only people trying to manipulate the system.

Chiefs had zero penalties last week in 115 plays against the Lions.

Jaguars have had 20+ flags today including declined/offsetting with 5 minutes remaining.

I think if FD was for the customer they would’ve done the 1st half voids when they copied the Fairness policy.
