I train BJJ and have done game nights at the gym where we have fake guns/knives introduced.

First round I ever did against a fake knife I was like oh...

If a knife comes out, you get away. Anything else is stupid. And don't just cut and run, if they chase and are faster you're dead.

Create distance, hands up, deescalate "my fault, my fault", create more distance, gtfo.

If they lunge your best bet is to get both hands on the wrist holding the knife and put them on the ground over your hip. Wouldn't want to try live.

@JordanGilroy We offer both options, clients with zero CMS love it. They submit a request in Trello and get a preview link for approval in < 1hr. Agents read the request, look at context in the client knowledge base, and execute.

The nascent demand is insane. Engaged owners of successful small businesses immediately light up when a useful tool lands in their lap.

It becomes request after request to add utility. Extremely simple requests. Most of them so simple that your agents can have it answered with a PR 30 minutes after the request comes in. All you have to do is test, maybe adjust some stuff, and push to prod.
