@TeacherKat8 I love the idea of using a Twitter template within a class. It can help introduce students to Twitter while also being cautious with cyber safety. #edci338
@TransformT3ach I think it is important to realize the amount of information on here! There are so many professionals and resources to utilize through both Twitter chats and following specialists. #edci338
@MsWheeler12 I like your point about staying up to date. As educators, the world around us is constantly changing and it is important that we keep up to date with what is new. #edci338
@noahforbes22 I love your point about how collaboration goes past the classroom. We use collaboration in our day to day lives whether that’s our job, a sports team, or just within our families. #edci338
@raquellevy01 I am also reactivating my account for EDCI 338! I am looking forward to seeing what you post throughout the course and any insights you can give on topics! #edci338
@insightswithmrs I had similar problems! Once I found a couple that worked I was very excited to see how many people use them and how relevant they are to today’s world. I used #edtechchat and #formativechat. #edci338
@GeorgetteSums Building relationships with the online teacher community is crucial to our development as educators. We can learn through others’ experiences and apply them to our own learning! #edci338
@zoejacobson63 I completely agree with you here! Flexible seating is crucial to maintaining kids attention and motivation. I have been in classes that had lots and some that had none and you can definitely tell the difference! #edci338
@MsMaeganBarwis Building positive relationships is key with all students but especially students with challenging behaviour at times. I had a child in a practicum class with very difficult behaviour and by building a relationship with him it was minimized #edci338
@Ms_Rachel_Moore I think Twitter is definitely a great way to keep up-to-date about the field of education! I constantly find myself finding new things to try or new people to follow. #edci338
