Last day of #SYP80 I am so sad to be leaving this sitting and this chapter of my life but I am thankful for all the memories, skills and friends I have made on this journey.
Thank you @OfficialSYP for everything
Special thanks to @kimhuntercld who has helped me on this journey
Congratulations @DanielaMSYP and @AlexMSYP , two incredible young people who have been dedicated members of RYV for the past few years! Well done both of you, you fully deserve it!
🎤 We’re now showcasing our National Voluntary Organisations, which represent seldom heard groups in our Membership

#SYP79
📝 Theo Ogbhemhe, Kirkwall Grammar School @KGSOrkney teacher, is now on stage at #SYP79 speaking to MSYPs about anti-racist education
👥 Earlier we heard from @SYPBoard Member @CrisantosMSYP and MSYPs on progress of #TheMovement, a key part of our diversity and inclusion work
Motion number 5 from Marcus and emma. Eastwood had some mixed response on this but majority agreeing. Our council was one of few in scotland to vote against this issue and we urge them to reconsider and take young peoples views in our council into thought.
