i think LA is a ghost sa most part ng scenes atleast sa later parts ng trailer. LA got hurt or worse, died during one of these “adventure” moments? & the reason sav keeps seeing him in certain scenes, especially the sudden, emotional, tearful ones, is because she’s haunted by guilt??? cos he died probably saving her thus “savior”she’s in constant tears kasi with every scene with him, & his assurance na “you will never be a mistake” “here you go saving me again”. plus his scar and tearful sav scene.

vic, then, is the calm after the storm, her grounding presence who helps her navigate grief and start healing, his lines like “eyes on me” feels like he is trying to pull her back to reality. vic is telling savannah to stop chasing memories and ghosts, to stop being consumed by grief, and to focus on the present, on the living, on herself and him. he’s the one patiently waiting, willing to love her fully, without expecting her to be anyone else but herself.

this also explains the teaser seeing both at the same time. her grief: “wag mo ko iwan, please” his grounding: “sige dito lang ako” 😆😉
