Congratulations to my colleague Dr. Yapig Liu @yapingliu for developing rMDS a cfDNA fragmentomics biomarker from whole-genome sequencing data that can predict response to perioperative pembrolizumab. Very happy to share my first first-author paper in JCI. We show that cfDNA end motif entropy patterns can predict immunotherapy response in HNSCC.
