@WKYT Obviously this was substantiated as they put him on probation. WHY os he not fired at the VERY least? This wasn't a combative patient. This was grown man losing his temper and striking a defensless unconcious person. He should be facing assault charges.

@bluehawk164 @WKYT The statement by Hardin said "if they don't pay restitution". I wonder how much the restitution was? If it's $25K and they have no priors I could see where a court may have leniency in not throwing them in jail. Don't necessarily agree with it but it is somewhat logical.
