@SpencerHakimian It wasn’t the full court it was Justice Brown Jackson that stayed the order of the lower court. Congress controls the purse strings and is who can fund SNAP. Emergency fund didn’t have enough money to fund SNAP fully, Trump isn’t authorized to move more money into SNAP.
