@vrbo We've managed to get in contact with someone via email at your company, so we're ok for now. However 3 days of our holiday have been ruined sorting out acc., and medical attention for the bites. V. stressfull due to lack of help from VRBO.

I've been a web dev for nearly 15 years (PHP, Laravel, Ruby, Node, JS, React, Angluar, Vue) - HTML is required for a page to display - end of discussion. That's how it works, no exceptions. What you saw was a bug.
@ur5us@SendGrid I've gone with @postmarkapp exceptional customer service and whilst they also use shared IPs, they separate transactional and marketing emails. Plus they vet all customers before letting them use it in production
@ur5us@SendGrid@ur5us just FYI, one of their shared IPs has been blacklisted for the last 20 or so days. I have an open ticket and they're doing nothing about it. Completely unusable, even for paying customers - go elsewhere, I did :)
@capesean@SendGrid Just FYI, their reply was them asking me to upgrade to a paid service. You've probably had the same, but it seems Sendgrid aren't dedicated to providing functional services. I don't mind paying, but there's cheaper options. Postmark have provided good support for my other clients
