@HSBC_UK how is it possible for a bank to lock a customer out of their accounts (due to losing mobile phone) with the only solution being open a new account with a new bank and use their switching service? There's no way for me to recover my account via HSBC process...?

@2147mill Probably because they can't afford it. I took a 10 year pension holiday to focus on mortgage paydown and keep the roof over our heads safe, no im older and in a higher tax bracket I put 45% into my pension...... Swings and roundabouts
