What if the OCEAN tides expose a secret nobody talks about? We were taught the ocean tides were caused by the gravitational pull of the Moon. But… if that were the case, wouldn’t all lakes have tides? There are some lakes as big as seas… yet they don’t.

Apollo Global Management is a large asset manager, now managing a trillion dollars in assets.

But there is one area where they dominate and make most of their profits.

Their specialty is “pension risk transfers.”

Apollo is a leader in retirement services and the largest provider of fixed annuities in the US.

I will get into why this is so important, in a coming post.

Apollo has taken control of the majority of pensions through “risk transfers” of their “annuities.”

Many Americans are dependent on their pension or relying on it for their coming retirement.

Some of the biggest pensions in the country are state pensions.
Government employees are a massive pool of pension “risk,” especially for democrat states like California and New York, where they have huge budget deficits and financial FRAUD.

Jay Clayton went from the SEC to the SDNY and now the DNI for a reason.

As I have pointed out in earlier posts, Clayton is following a thread that involves Epstein.
Clayton is following the money.
The SDNY issued the arrest warrant for Epstein.

But why did Q say “Watch CA?”

Let me connect the dots.

Back in 2006, a huge “pay to play” investigation was launched in New York.

It centered on former Comptroller Alan Hevesi, who plead guilty in 2010 to corruption charges involving a 2006 pension fund investment.
Apollo wasn’t directly connected to Hevesi, but was one of the companies investigated for “management fee waivers.”

They were waiving management “fees” to AVOID paying federal taxes.

By allowing the “fees” to be reinvested instead of taken as “income,” they could pay a 15% federal tax rate instead of 35%.

Nothing happened to Apollo and they are still managing “private equity” funds for the New York pension.

“Watch CA.”

That “pay to play” scam in New York happened in 2006 and the federal government didn’t look into federal tax avoidance by Apollo.
They got away with it.

Guess what happened two years later in CA?

“The president of California’s huge public pension fund, the nation’s largest, expressed confidence Monday that the fund would see its way through the deepening global financial crisis -- even though it has lost $54 billion since July 1.
The California Public Employees Retirement System, known as CalPERS, had a total portfolio value of $185 billion on Friday, down 23% from $239 billion at the start of its fiscal year.”

The 2008 financial crisis hit and the CA pension (CalPERS) system had lost a lot of money.

“CalPERS is invested in stocks, bonds, real estate, “private equity funds” and, lately, commodities. Proceeds pay for health benefits as well as current and future pension benefits for 1.6 million state and local government and school district employees.”

Did you catch that?

CalPERS was also invested in “private equity funds.”

Leon Black’s firm Apollo Global Management, manages “private equity funds” for pensions.

Coincidence?

“CalPERS’ losses come during a difficult period internally for a fund that’s operating without the benefit of either a chief executive or chief investment officer.”

Ironic that the LA Times article was titled “CalPERS wrestles another BEAR.”

Epstein controlled an offshore shell company partially owned by Bear Stearns, that he controlled.
Epstein invested in lots of risky mortgage-backed securities and collateralized loan obligations.
Bear Stearns was the first Wall Street bank to go bankrupt in 2008.

Epstein had a close relationship with Leon Black going back to the 1990’s.
Apollo manages “private equity” funds for state pensions.
Epstein’s shell company, that was partnered with Bear Stearns, was loaded up with risky mortgage assets.

How much of CalPERS losses, were connected to Apollo, Epstein’s shell company and Bear Stearns?

But why was CalPERS now looking for a new CEO?

🚨The Admiral Who Warned America: How the Muslim Brotherhood’s Jihadi Agenda Now Wears a MAGA Mask🚨

Admiral James “Ace” Lyons’ 2015 warning about Islamic infiltration wasn’t conspiracy...it was prophecy.

On February 11, 2015, a retired four-star admiral walked into the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., and detonated a verbal depth charge inside America’s national-security establishment.

His name was Admiral James “Ace” Lyons, former Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Pacific Fleet. He wasn’t there to make friends. He was there to expose decades of willful blindness toward the very threat that now burns on every screen and headline today: the political machine of Islamism...the Muslim Brotherhood.

A Warning Ignored

Lyons had been invited by Frank Gaffney, founder of the Center for Security Policy (CSP), for the rollout of The Secure Freedom Strategy: A Plan for Victory Over the Global Jihad Movement.

The event drew a who’s-who of national-security minds:

Lt. Gen. William “Jerry” Boykin, Clare Lopez, Fred Fleitz, Dr. J. Michael Waller, and Stephen Coughlin, all veterans of the intelligence war against jihadism.

Lyons’ remarks, though brief, would echo far beyond the walls of the Press Club.

“We had opportunities to change the course of history.”

He opened with a blunt indictment of both parties.
“It hasn’t mattered whether it was a Republican or Democratic administration, we failed every one of them.”

He listed those failures like coordinates on a battlefield map:

1. 1979 – Iran Hostage Crisis – Carter’s refusal to seize Kish Island allowed Khomeini’s revolution to metastasize.

2. 1983 – Beirut Marine Barracks Bombing – Reagan approved a retaliatory strike, but Defense Secretary Weinberger blocked it, twice.

3. 1987 – Tanker War – A plan to topple Tehran’s regime was sabotaged from within by top Pentagon brass.

“Who got to him? What got to him?” Lyons asked, implying the rot wasn’t foreign, it was internal.

The “Chalice of Poison” Moment

When Iran Air Flight 655 was shot down in 1988, Ayatollah Khomeini famously said he was “drinking from the chalice of poison.”

Lyons’ point was surgical: Iran only retreated when it finally believed the U.S. would strike. Force worked. Hesitation did not.

“Islam is Islam.”

He quoted Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan:
“Islam is Islam. There are no modifiers. Democracy is the train we ride to our ultimate objective.”

Lyons’ conclusion was unflinching:
“Until you recognize that Islam is a political movement masquerading as a religion, you will never come to grips with it.”

“The Obama Administration Has a Strategy.”

Finally, he accused the White House of something few dared say aloud:

“It’s anti-American, anti-Western, pro-Islamic, pro-Iranian, and pro-Muslim Brotherhood.”

To him, this was no theory, it was policy.

Why It Matters Now

Nine years later, as the Gaza–Israel conflict dominates headlines, Admiral Lyons’ words sound less like history and more like an after-action report from the future.

Across X, Telegram, and fringe platforms, operatives pretending to be “MAGA” patriots are now amplifying pro-Jihadi and pro–Muslim Brotherhood narratives, repackaging foreign propaganda as “anti-globalist” or “anti-war” truth.

They wrap it in patriotic slogans, use Bible verses and American flags, and appeal to genuine Trump supporters, all while quietly defending Hamas, rationalizing terror, and redirecting public rage away from the real enemies of the Republic or refusing to identify all enemies.

This isn’t random noise. It’s digital infiltration, a 5th Generation Warfare operation designed to divide the America First movement from within. The same ideological virus that once slipped into the Pentagon now weaponizes hashtags and “influencers.”

Admiral Lyons warned us that the enemy would wear our language like camouflage.

Now they do.

If America keeps mistaking infiltration for opinion and unity, it won’t need an enemy at the gates, the enemy will already be logged in.
